My Liberica 宗旨與特色

MyLiberica 是一家以賴比瑞亞(LIBERICA)品種咖啡為精神的咖啡館.利用專業的烘焙與杯測調配技術, 配合各式的沖煮器具, 將Liberica咖啡的精髓表現出來.我們在柔佛古來有一段占地約40英畝的咖啡園,主要栽培Liberica品種.由於咖啡園位於鐵礦石產區, 土壤偏酸, 適合咖啡的生長. 為了提升咖啡品質與提倡環保, 我們利用咖啡廢料製成有機肥料, 施用於咖啡園中.相較於其他的LIBERICA咖啡, MY LIERICA咖啡在地理環境與栽培方法的差異下, 創造出自家的風味咖啡.
 
My Liberica is a coffee shop to present aromatical of a kind of coffee beans called liberica. Unique roasting method and excellent cupping procedure with combination of advanced coffee making devices, we serve the best temptation aroma of liberica.“Our Coffee plantation is located in kulai jaya johor.  We plant about 40 acre of liberica species coffees. In order to enhance the coffee quality and also environmental friendly, we use our organic fertilizer only. One of the raw materials is converted from Coffee waste also. However, chemical or non organic fertilizer is not allowed in our farm.
